August 25, Fineko/abc.az. On 21.08.2023 the general meeting of Falkon.az limited liability company adopted a decision on the liquidation of the legal entity without the delegation of rights and obligations to other persons in the order of legal succession.

ABC.AZ reports that creditors may submit their claims to the legal entity, which was liquidated within 60 days, to the address: AZ1030, Baku, Khatai district, Babak Ave, 10D, sq. 9.

Creditors of the legal entity liquidated in accordance with Article 61.7 of the Civil Code will receive their payments from the liquidation commission (descriptor) in the order of priority, which includes claims for their payment.

Falkon.az LLC was registered in 2020, its authorized capital is AZN 30, and its legal representative is Asgar Garibzada.
