July 12, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy is preparing for privatization of state-governed Surakhani Machine-Building Plant.

ABC.AZ reports that Togrul Isali, the chairman of board of the Center for Organization & Coordination of Corporate Governance under the SSPI.

"The enterprise was opened for privatization by the presidential decree, signed in 2016, and transferred to our management in 2021. Currently, its attractiveness to investors is increasing. For this purpose, it was decided to conduct recreational activities. As part of these events, 26 facilities of the latest technological equipment were purchased and installed last year. In addition, due to this equipment, it is planned to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and strengthen its financial stability," he said.
