April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Avtodom dealer has closed a deal on acquisition of Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz.

"On April 25, 2023, group of companies Avtodom announced about closing of the transaction for the acquisition of Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz," ABC.AZ reports, referring to the company.

Dealer's press service informs that the shares and equity stakes of Germany’s Mercedes-Benz concern in Russian subsidiaries, including Mercedes-Benz Rus (official distributor in the Russian Federation), Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus (Moscow automobile plant), Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus, Avtodom Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Rus (leasing "daughter") and Mercedes-Benz Capital Rus (engaged in leasing, factoring and car insurance) transferred to Avtodom.
