Foreign enterprises and companies directed AZN 2.49 bn for fixed capital

October 18, Fineko/abc.az. By 1 October 2022, foreign enterprises and organizations directed AZN 2.488 bn for the fixed capital.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that AZN 2.335 bn (93.8%) of finances directed for fixed assets at the expense of foreign countries and international organizations belong to investors from the UK, the U.S., Switzerland, Japan, Turkey, Norway, Russia, Iran, India, and France.

Also, 62.5% of construction works performed by construction enterprises (including individual entrepreneurs) accounted for construction, reconstruction and expansion, 19.8% for capital repairs, 6.7% for current repairs and 11% for other construction works. 88.9% of total construction was carried out by non-state construction enterprises.
