July 15, Fineko/abc.az. The European Commission plans to amend sanctions against Russia. 

ABC.AZ reports that the European Commission plans amending the sanctions against Russia in order to remove barriers to food exports. Also, according to sources, the European Commission plans to adopt a new package of sanctions against Russia regarding Russian gold, chemistry and engineering.
