April 15, Fineko/abc.az. First Deputy Finance Minister of Azerbaijan Ilgar Fatizade has died.
ABC.AZ reports that Ilgar Fatizade was born on 30 September 1956.
Since 1999, he has held the position of First Deputy Minister of Finance.
