ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made this statement when delivering speech at the groundbreaking ceremony of Garadagh solar power plant.

He noted that this is an axiom, without which no country can develop.

"This is the first and main condition. Fortunately, there are rich oil & gas fields in Azerbaijan, and the exploitation and development of these fields are going well. Modern infrastructure - transport, communications, power lines - connect us with export markets. There is a strong political will," President Aliyev said.
