February 25, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended the decree from 11 April 2019 "On some issues related to special communications".

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state signed the relevant decree.

Under the new decree, permission will be obtained from the Presidential Administration (PA) to use special communications at some events held in Azerbaijan.

The amendment also authorizes the State Service for Communications & Information Security to provide special communications in coordination with the presidential administration in other cases related to the provision of state or public interests.
