September 15, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of 2026, Azerbaijan's total balance of payments deficit reached $1.4 bn.

CBA Statistics Department’s director Samir Nasirov said this at a press conference at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

"Under article ‘net errors and omissions’, funds were generated in the amount of approx. $300 million," he emphasized.
