February 17, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign enterprises and organizations directed AZN 296.1 million for the fixed capital in January 2022, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

AZN 292.3 million (98.7%) of finances allocated to fixed assets at the expense of finances from foreign countries and international organizations belong to investors from the UK, USA, Japan, Switzerland, Turkey, Norway, Malaysia, India, Russia, and Iran.

Of the construction works carried out by construction companies in January 2022, 53.3% accounted for construction, reconstruction and expansion, 16.9% for major repairs, 5.7% for routine repairs, and 24.1% for other construction works.

Non-state construction companies performed 90.8% of the total volume of construction work.
