The auction for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented registered bonds of Silk Way West Airlines LLC with state registration number AZ2002023516, circulation term of 3 calendar years in the amount of $10 million has finished today at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that 36 orders were submitted by 26 investors during the auction. The annual interest rate of the bond is 5%, and interest payments are paid to investors every 3 calendar months.
The total value of bids at face value was $14,002,000, and the volume of bonds placed at face value of $1,000 per security was $10 million.
