December 23, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for the placement of bonds of non-bank credit organization FINCA Azerbaijan LLC will be organized at Baku Stock Exchange CJSC (BSE) on 27 December.

ABC.AZ reports that according to BSE Listing Committee’s decision, 3,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented registered bonds with nominal value of 1,000 manats each, for totally AZN 3 million, are included in the listing in the standard market segment.

The securities will be placed by auction at a price and will be in circulation for 2 years. Their annual yield is 12.5%. Interests will be paid every 3 months. Azfinance Investment Company CJSC is the underwriter of the process.
