Finance Minister: Criterion of neediness should be equal to subsistence minimum

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has such indicators as the subsistence minimum and the criterion of need. The main goal is that the criterion of neediness should be equal to the subsistence minimum. In this case, such an indicator as the criterion of neediness will not be needed.
ABC.AZ reports that Finance Minister Samir Sharifov made the relevant statement at today’s Milli Majlis meeting.
"Work in this direction is underway. Perhaps, when our goal is achieved, as in many countries, the criterion of neediness will be abolished," the minister added.
