November 11, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is developing the national strategy on the efficient use of water resources, ABC.AZ reports citing Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Alekperov.
According to the minister, the strategy is designed for 18 years.
"The water sector needs institutional changes. There must be a master of water. We’ve made proposals in this regard," the deputy minister emphasized.
