November 1, Fineko/abc.az. The change of state duties in Azerbaijan will not have any negative impact on people's lives, ABC.AZ reports citing MP Tair Mirkishili.
He noted that in Azerbaijan the average annual amount of state duty paid by each citizen is 35 manats (about 0.5% of citizen's income).
Mirkishili noted that in some countries this amount exceeds 8%.
"The rates of duties in Azerbaijan were established 15 years ago. Within 15 years, inflation occurred, and the amount of these rates fell below the cost. In this regard, the change in duty rates in this case will not have negative impact on people's lives," Mirkishili believes.
