October 22, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of Unibank Commercial Bank with total value of $15 million have been included in the listing in the standard market segment.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE that 15,000 bonds will be issued with nominal value of $1,000 each.

Interest payments on bonds with annual interest rate of 6% will be paid every 3 months for 6 years.

Investment company PASHA Capital together with Unicapital investment company will act as the main underwriter of the proposed bonds.
