October 19, Fineko/abc.az. The main drivers of the current economic recovery in Azerbaijan are the non-oil sector, the acceleration of vaccination and fiscal and financial measures taken by the State.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Jihad Azur, the Director of the Middle East & Central Asia Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

According to Azur, the increase in production, oil and gas prices in accordance with OPEC+ quotas will increase Azerbaijan's international currency reserves and help reduce the deficit in the consolidated budget.
