The October’s issue of the IMF World Economic Outlook report says that the economy is expected to grow by 2.3% in 2022.

According to the IMF's April forecast, the country's economic growth was expected to be 2.3% in 2021 and 1.7% in 2022.

According to the latest data for the first 8 months of 2021, the growth rate of the Azerbaijani economy reached 3.6%.

In 2020, the country's economy shrank by 4.3%.
