A proposal made to transfer part of tax penalties to YAŞAT Fund

September 23, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to transfer part of the funds received to the account of the Ministry of Economy from sanctions and fines imposed by tax authorities to the YAŞAT Fund.

This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code to submitted for discussion at the 1st plenary session of Milli Majlis.

The amendment says about the creation of legal opportunities for transferring part of the finances from tax sanctions and fines to the YAŞAT Fund.
