July 28, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the recall of the Azerbaijani ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with another order of the head of state, Ilham Mammadov was appointed the new ambassador of Azerbaijan to Afghanistan.
