July 26, Fineko/abc.az. A lawsuit has been filed against AAAF-Inşaat LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the International Bank of Azerbaijan filed a lawsuit in the Binagadi District Court in connection with disputes over the loan agreement.

Together with AAAF-Inşaat, A. Nurana will also act as a defendant in the trial. The case was transferred to the proceedings of Judge Fuad Abdiyev.

It should be noted that AAAF-Inşaat LLC belongs to Tofik Heydarov.
