Azerbaijan reports about growth of its economy

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced GDP for AZN 39.915 bn for Jan-Jun 2021 (2.1% more versus Jan-Jun 2020), ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee.

For comparison, over Jan-May 2021 the domestic economy increased by 0.8% for Jan-May 2021.

In the 1st half of 2021 the value added in the oil & gas sector of the country’s economy decreased by 4.7% and in the non-oil sector it increased by 5.1%.
