June 11 Fineko/abc.az. Global plastic production declined for the third time since World War II in 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that experts pointed the coronavirus pandemic as the cause.

According to the analysis of analysts, for the reported term there was a decrease of 0.3%.

In particular, global plastic production fell from 368 million tons in 2019 to 367 million tons last year.
