ABC.AZ reports that Finance Minister Samir Sharifov stated about this at a meeting in Milli Majlis.

The minister noted that large-scale measures were taken this year to eliminate the impact of the pandemic on the well-being of people: "In 2021, important measures will be taken in the territories liberated from occupation. At the same time, funds were taken into account for the restoration of the state border. The draft state and consolidated budgets for 2021 and the next 3 years are formed in accordance with the Law on the Budget System.
