ABC.AZ reports that this data is given in Central Bank-published balance of payments.

For comparison, capital repatriation from Azerbaijan amounted to $2.365 bn over Jan-Sept 2019.

Thus, the export of capital from Azerbaijan grew by 43.9% for the reporting period.
