December 15, Fineko/abc.az. MP Tayir Mirkishili informed that the Central Bank is currently actively working over a new bill.

ABC.AZ reports that Mirkishili noted that interest rates on loans in banks are high: "We’d also like the interest rate on loans to be in the single digits. To do this, it is necessary to ensure the free transfer of available funds in banks to the market. Currently, the Central Bank is working on a new draft law in connection with the banking system. When this bill is passed, it will provide better access to bank loans."
