December 14, Fineko/abc.az. A criminal case has been initiated against a Covid-19 patient in Neftchala, ABC.AZ was informed at the Neftchala District Prosecutor's Office.

This district’s resident Elshan Gasimov (35), who received a positive response to a virus detecting test, violated the requirements of the special quarantine regime and illegally left his place of residence, creating a real threat to the spread of a new type of coronavirus infection.

The Neftchala prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case against him under Article 139-1.1.
