Azerbaijan exported hazelnuts for over $100 million for 7 months

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is to export more than 55,000 tons of nuts for season 2020-21.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Hazelnut Producers’ Association that from September 2019 to May 2020 Azerbaijani producers exported 17,000 tons of nuts without shells. The total export volume is $101 million.

During the pandemic period alone - for Mar-May 2020 the country exported 4,700 tons of nuts for $30 million.
