June 25, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the construction of highway Yenikend–Poylu–Salakhli–Garabagli–Kesamen of Samukh district.

ABC.AZ reports that the State Budget will allocate AZN 19.1 million to the State Motor Road Agency for construction of the road connecting seven populated localities with the population of 5,000 residents.
