June 19, Fineko/abc.az. Citizens sentenced to community service in Azerbaijan will wear electronic means of control.

ABC.AZ reports that this article is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Criminal Code at today's session of the parliament.

According to the proposed article of the Code, persons sentenced by a court to community service are required to carry an electronic means of control in places where public works are performed and to keep this means in working order.

The draft law was adopted unanimously.
