Metro passenger carriage costs exceeds metro fare

May 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Metro unveiled the data on the cost of transporting a passenger in the metro.

ABC.AZ reports that Baku Metro’s chair Zaur Huseynov said at a briefing at the Operational Headquarters that the cost of transporting one passenger ranges from 48-56 gapiks.

He said that currently it costs 52 gapiks to carry one passenger: "The cost of transportation of passengers is not always stable. It also takes into account the issue of depreciation expenses."
