December 26, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has endorsed the Regulation on the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit-Guarantee Fund.

"AMCGF is a non-profit legal entity to develop mechanisms on ensuring long-term mortgage lending to the population, assist in raising local and foreign financial resources and guarantee loans received by entrepreneurs from banks in manats and give part of the interest-accrued on those loans in the form of subsidies.

The Fund's authorized capital is set at the level of AZN 466 million.
