December 22, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of VTB Azerbaijan shareholders will be held on February 7, 2018.

The press service of VTB Azerbaijan reports that the meeting will be held at 11:00 at the head office of the bank located at 38, Khatai Avenue, Baku.

The agenda of the meeting includes the following issues:

• Election of the Secretary of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank's Shareholders.

• Composition of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
