ABC.AZ reports that the news has been published by newspaper Vergiler (Taxes).
Elektroterm-1 LLC (INN: 1504774061) was reorganized as a result of merger with City Construction Group LLC. All rights and obligations of Elektroterm-1 are transferred on the transfer act to CITY CONSTRUCTION GROUP.
