December 11, Fineko/abc.az. Domestic banks’ credit investments in the economy of Azerbaijan over the past 10 months decreased by 26.6% by 1 January 2017.

The CBA reports that banks’ credit investments in the country’s economy as of 1 November 2017 are estimated in AZN 11.73 bn versus AZN 15.97 bn by 1 January 2017.

In October of the year banks’ credit portfolio decreased by AZN 253 million or 2.1%.

In 2016, banks’ credit investments in Azerbaijan’s economy declined by 24.5%.
