October 29, Fineko/abcnews. Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Finance released detailed breakdown figures regarding state budget revenue performance for the first nine months of 2026 (January–September).

According to the Ministry of Finance, state budget revenues through tax authorities exceeded the approved forecast by AZN 913.4 million (7.2%). Receipts from state property leases were higher by AZN 8.9 million (25.9%), and miscellaneous revenues topped projections by AZN 84.3 million (20.6%).

Conversely, customs revenue collections fell slightly short of targets by AZN 10.7 million (0.2%), while paid services from state-funded institutions came in AZN 208.5 million (27.7%) below projected levels. Transfers from the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) to the state budget were executed exactly as planned.
