October 29, Fineko/abcnews. Tax revenues accounted for the largest share of Azerbaijan’s state budget collection during the first nine months of 2026 (January–September).

According to data released by the Ministry of Finance, AZN 13 billion 630.4 million (46.5%) of total budget revenues were generated through tax authorities, AZN 9 billion 628 million (32.8%) through transfers from the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), and AZN 4 billion 973.3 million (17%) via customs clearance and duties.

Furthermore, AZN 543.2 million (1.9%) was derived from paid services provided by state-funded institutions, AZN 43.2 million (0.1%) came from the lease of state property, and AZN 493.7 million (1.7%) originated from other miscellaneous revenue streams.
