State Budget Revenues Excluding SOFAZ Transfers Up 7.7% — Ministry of FinancOctober 29, Fineko/abcnews. Azerbaijan’s state budget revenues—excluding transfers from the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ)—reached AZN 19 billion 683.8 million.

According to data from the Ministry of Finance, this represents a year-on-year increase of AZN 1 billion 402.1 million, or 7.7%.

The growth in non-transfer state budget revenues highlights the ongoing expansion of the non-oil economy and enhanced tax and customs collection efficiency.
