October 28, Fineko/abc.az. The possibility of direct appeal of citizens to the Authorized Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic through the mygov platform has been provided.

The NAR residents can directly contact the authorized representative office through the mygov platform regarding their problems, socio-economic issues, as well as with their suggestions and complaints.

This opportunity creates conditions for more prompt delivery of issues affecting the daily lives of citizens, sending requests for their intended purpose and their flexible consideration.

Through the portal, it will now also be possible to track the status of the execution of appeals on issues related to the powers of the representative office and the relevant executive bodies of the autonomous republic.

The main goal is to achieve a solution to citizens' problems in a short time, expand opportunities for treatment and strengthen direct communication between citizens and government agencies.
