September 21, Fineko/abc.az. Bilfinger SE, a German industrial services group, has fully acquired Stork APM Consultancy Services LLC, operating in Azerbaijan.

The company acquired this asset from Fluor Corporation of the USA as part of the purchase of European business Stork.

The operation was completed in April 2024, and although the initial purchase price for the European part of Stork was 61.5 million euros, a separate amount for the Baku company was not disclosed.

After the change of ownership, the company's management also underwent a renewal, and Mara Coort Petrus was appointed to a senior position.

After the change of ownership, the financial performance of the Azerbaijani company recorded a sharp increase. Thus, at the end of 2024, the capital of Stork APM Consultancy Services LLC was 275,000 euros, and the annual profit was 128,000 euros, while at the end of 2025 the capital increased to 618,000 euros, and the profit to 391,000 euros.

Thus, after the transfer to the control of Bilfinger SE group, which provides engineering and technical services in the international energy, oil and gas and chemical industries, the capital of the Baku company increased 2.2-fold in one year, and the profit grew about 3-fold.
