September 1, Fineko/abc.az. The number of employees at PASHA Bank OJSC has decreased significantly since the beginning of 2026.

At the end of 2025, PASHA Bank had 1,435 employees, while by the end of the second quarter of 2026, the number had decreased to 1,377.

Thus, during the first half of the year, the bank's headcount decreased by 58 employees, or 4%.

The bulk of the decline occurred in the second quarter. At the end of the first quarter of 2026, the bank had 1,425 employees, while over the following three months, the number decreased by another 48.

It should be noted that the bank has not disclosed the reason for the significant reduction in its workforce.

Therefore, it cannot be said that all 58 employees were laid off; the change in headcount may also reflect voluntary resignations and other factors.
