October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization Agrarkredit will put up for auction two non-residential premises in Baku with total starting price of 1.687 million manats.

The auction will be held on November 25, 2026. Two objects on the balance sheet of Agrarkredit CJSC will be put up for auction.

The first object is located on the minus first level at 1, Khudi Mammadov Street, block 2944A, Khatayi district, Baku. Its total area is 1,265.5 sq m, and the starting price is 237,500 manats.

The second object is located at the address: Baku, Khatayi district, Tusi Street, Entrance 437D. The area of the non-residential premises is 5,547.2 sq m, and the starting price is 1.45 million manats.

The total starting cost of the two facilities is 1.687 million manats.

The auction will begin at 11:00 am at the Auction Services Center at 20, Khalil Rza Ulutürk Street, Nizami district, Baku.
