August 19, Fineko/abc.az. In the first seven months of 2026, Azerbaijan exported 7,473,413.9 tonnes of crude oil to Italy, valued at $4 billion 560 million 688.1 thousand.

According to the State Customs Committee, while the volume of oil shipped to Italy declined by 11.4% compared to the same period last year, total revenue increased by 3.1%. Italy accounted for 58.7% of Azerbaijan's total oil exports.

Total Oil Exports and Foreign Trade Overview:

• Total Oil Exports: Azerbaijan exported 12,722,590.97 tonnes of crude oil and petroleum products worth $8 billion 32 million 903.55 thousand.

• Foreign Trade Turnover: Total foreign trade reached $29 billion 216 million, with exports accounting for $19 billion 336 million and imports making up $9 billion 881 million.
