August 19, Fineko/abc.az. Global energy majors (Aramco, BP, Shell, Equinor, TotalEnergies, Eni, Chevron, and ExxonMobil) generated over $90 billion in combined profits between April and June 2026. This is nearly double their aggregate earnings from the same quarter in 2025.

Performance Highlights:

  • Aramco: Remains the absolute profit leader, generating over $33 billion in a single quarter.

  • Chevron: Recorded the sharpest gain, boosting profits nearly 5-fold from $2.5 billion to $12.1 billion.
