August 13, Fineko/abc.az. Industrial output in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic reached 322 million manats in January–July 2026, marking a 3.1% increase compared to the same period last year.

According to the State Statistics Committee of Nakhchivan AR, manufacturing accounted for 83.2% of industrial production, followed by electricity, gas, and steam supply (15%), water supply and waste management (1.6%), and mining (0.2%).

Economic indicators across other sectors over the 7-month period:

• Agriculture: Production surged by 9.3% to 239.9 million manats (crop production — 127.2 million manats, livestock — 112.7 million manats).

• Transport: Cargo transportation rose by 1.1% to 4.2 million tons, while passenger transport grew by 1% to 27.6 million people.

• Information and Communication: Service value dropped by 63.4% to 8.5 million manats.

• Paid Services: Paid services provided to the population decreased by 7.7% to 120.9 million manats.
