August 12, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR's 2025 Sustainability Report highlights the company's social responsibility initiatives and its contribution to the national economy.

In 2025, SOCAR Group's social expenditure reached 412 million AZN. The company delivered over 1 million training hours for employees through specialized leadership and talent programs, achieving an 84% employee engagement rate and a 78% satisfaction score in Azerbaijan.

Furthermore, SOCAR raised the share of local suppliers in its Azerbaijan procurement spend from 82% to 88%, demonstrating a sustained commitment to supporting domestic businesses and creating local economic value.
