July 27, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of the year, Azerbaijan's consolidated budget was executed with surplus of 4.6 bn manats

In the 1st half of 2026, Azerbaijan's State Budget revenues amounted to 19.179 bn manats and expenditures - 16.775 bn manats, resulting in State Budget surplus of 2.403 bn manats.

According to the Ministry of Finance, in the first 6 months of 2026, State Budget revenues reached 19.179 bn manats, and this figure is 350.3 million manats (or 1.9%) more than the forecast of 18.828 bn manats. This corresponds to 49.7% of the annual forecast for State Budget revenues.

Without taking into account State Oil Fund’s transfers, State Budget revenues amounted to 12.759 bn manats, exceeding the forecast by 2.8%.

In the structure of State Budget revenues: 8.842 bn manats (46.1%) were ensured by tax authorities; 6.42 bn manats (33.5%) by SOFAZ’s transfer; 3.143 bn (16.4%) by transfers from customs authorities; 350.7 million manats (1.8%) by proceeds from paid services rendered by State Budget-financed organizations; 28.2 million manats (0.1%) by proceeds from the lease of state property; 394 million manats (2.1%) by revenues of other kind.
