July 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) transit oil amounted to 12.7 million tons for Jan-Jun 2026 (76.9% of transportation), the State Statistics Committee informs.

The figure is 1,222,600 tons, or 8.8% less against Jan-Jun 2025.

Over Jan-Jun 2025, 13,924,900 tons of oil were transported via the BTC pipeline.

During the period, 82.3% (10,453,900 tons) of the oil transported through the BTC pipeline was produced in Azerbaijan, while 17.7% (2,248,400 tons) came from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
