June 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Shusha State Nature Reserve Department has concluded two purchase and sale agreements for large-scale construction works in Shusha.

ABC.AZ informs that the projects will be implemented by Diler Inşaat CJSC.

The first project includes the construction of eight 4-storey residential buildings (buildings No. 9-16) at the 2nd stage in the D-5 massif. These buildings provide facilities for service and auxiliary purposes, as well as landscaping. The project cost is 24.76 million manats.

The second project stipulates the construction of six 4-storey residential buildings (buildings No. 1-6) at the 1st stage in the D-5 massif. The cost of these works is 12.984 million manats.

Thus, the total cost of the two residential complex projects to be implemented in Shusha is 37.6 million manats.
