November 25, Fineko/abc.az. In many markets, including the banking sector, artificial intelligence is seen as a substitute for some professions. But as a corporate bank, we evaluate artificial intelligence in a completely different way and consider it as a practical tool that increases the productivity and accuracy of our specialists, as well as enhances their professional skills, ABC.AZ informs, quoting Jalal Orujov, a member of board at PASHA Bank.

He said that the main goal of the bank in this direction is not to replace employees: "On the contrary, with the help of modern technologies, we want to empower PASHA Bank employees and raise their professional quality to a higher level. Our goal in implementing the primary artificial intelligence tools was to improve the quality of processes that directly affect the quality of customer service. Automatic classification and redirection of customer requests, the system automatically analyzes incoming requests by topic and directs them to the most appropriate team. This reduces the burden on current operational operations and increases the response rate. Work on introduction of AI in other areas of bank's activities is ongoing."
